The Brief

A mix design is a promise. A break test is whether it was kept.

Every structural material arrives on site with a submittal claiming what it will do. Construction materials testing is the independent check on that claim — sampled at the point of placement, cured under controlled conditions, and tested under a documented procedure.

Universal is accredited under AASHTO R18 for ASTM E-329, C1077 and C1093, CCRL-inspected in cooperation with NIST, and CMEC accredited in Florida. The same accreditation covers the field technician and the laboratory that reports the result.

      Specimens cure under controlled field conditions and transfer to the laboratory under documented handling.

      Testing runs on calibrated equipment under the accredited procedure, with results recorded at the machine.

      Review & release
      A licensed professional reviews every report against the specification before it leaves the building.

      A cylinder with no placement record is a paperweight. The documentation is the deliverable.
