Information you give us
When you submit the proposal request form on our Contact page, we collect your name, your company, your email address, your telephone number, the service you selected, and the project scope you describe. All of it is information you choose to type.
Information collected automatically
This site is hosted by Webflow. Like most web hosts, Webflow’s servers record standard technical information with every request: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, and the date and time. This is used to keep the site running and to protect it from abuse.
Cookies
We do not set advertising cookies, and at present we run no analytics or tracking scripts. Webflow sets a small number of cookies necessary for the site to function and to prevent form abuse.
Who else sees your information
Webflow, Inc. hosts this site and processes form submissions on our behalf. Content delivery networks (cdnjs.cloudflare.com and cdn.jsdelivr.net) serve the JavaScript libraries this site uses, and receive your IP address as part of delivering those files.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, and carry out any work that follows from it. If you become a client, your contact details become part of the project record. We may email you about the project you asked about. We do not run marketing campaigns from this form.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are retained for as long as this site is active. Inquiries that become projects are kept in our business records for as long as professional liability and recordkeeping obligations require — testing and inspection reports and their supporting correspondence are typically held for a minimum of seven years.
Your choices
Write to info@universaltest.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights — including California under the CCPA and CPRA, or the EU and UK under the GDPR — those rights apply and we will honor them.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through this site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Please do not send confidential project documents, drawings or sealed reports through the website form. Contact us and we will arrange a secure transfer.
Children
This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date above will be updated.
